I offer grounded, intuitive support for those who spend much of their time caring for others, often with little time left for themselves.

When life feels full, the mind busy, or the body tense, my work offers a place to slow down, to breathe and to come back to yourself.

From the cosy cabin at the bottom of my garden, I create a calm, nurturing environment where you can step away from the noise of everyday life and feel truly supported.

Through a blend of Reiki, Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage and (at times) Yoga Nidra, I offer bespoke sessions shaped around you, each one meeting you exactly where you are — creating space for tension to release, the mind to settle and a natural sense of balance to return to your body, mind and energy.

This work is deeply personal to me. I found Reiki at a time when I needed it most — when life felt overwhelming and my mind rarely switched off. That first experience stayed with me and over time, has helped to shape the way I now hold space for others.

Alongside one-to-one sessions, I also offer seasonal practices such as meditation and Yoga Nidra, held in small, supportive settings and guided by the rhythms of the seasons.

My work extends beyond the cabin and into your home, through handcrafted aromatherapy soaps and candles — simple, thoughtful pieces designed to bring a sense of calm and care into everyday life. These are available through my website, as well as at occasional local artisan markets and gatherings.
